Welcome to our support center! Here, you can get quick and helpful assistance with product inquiries, sales questions, order shipping updates, and invoice details all in one place.
Ă
Fast deliveries
We always have our products in stock and can therefore offer fast deliveries. Our normal delivery times are 1-3 business days.
We do not apply drop shipping. If the item is in stock, it is usually shipped the same day or the day after the order is placed.
Ă
Service center
Our goal is to provide you with first-class service no matter where you are. Therefore, we offer you the opportunity to repair your electric scooter at one of our service centers in the Nordics. At these locations, you will receive assistance from knowledgeable staff who can provide you with advice and arrange for service.
Ă
Price matching
We always strive to offer attractive prices and therefore offer price matching on our electric scooters, under certain conditions. Price matching is only applicable within our area (the Nordics) and only if the competitor has the product in stock. To take advantage of this offer, you can contact us via our contact form.
