We have fast home deliveries to Norway with Fedex Express. At checkout, we automatically deduct VAT from the price when you select Norway as the delivery country and charge a flat shipping fee of 350 SEK regardless of the delivery location unless you order an electric scooter. Customs (toll) will then ask you to pay Norwegian VAT on the order value as well as an administrative fee of approximately 150 SEK.

The payment method is provided by Bambora in collaboration with partners. Card payments are accepted from Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Your debit card will be charged immediately.

Your electric scooter is delivered to your home. You must be present and have a valid ID upon receipt.

The item must be returned packaged in its original condition. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the transport risks when it is shipped back to us. Therefore, make sure the item is well packaged. For example, avoid using inappropriate tape like duct tape as it damages the packaging. Use clear packing tape.

The main cause of flat tires is incorrect tire pressure. The recommended tire pressure is indicated on the tire. We recommend checking the tire pressure regularly. The more often, the better, but at least once every two weeks. The battery-powered pump Xiaomi Mi Portable Electric Air Pump is highly recommended and is the best accessory you can buy for your electric scooter. Another common reason is riding up and down curbs. Instead, lead the electric scooter up and down curbs.

Sometimes there may be damage on the inside of the tire that punctures the tube. The damage can sometimes be difficult to detect with the naked eye. Carefully check the inside of your tire for damage before replacing the tube. Also, replace the tire if you have ridden your scooter with a flat tire.

Your anti-lock braking system (ABS) is activated. ABS can be turned off with the parameter Pd=0 on EY3 or the Minimotors app on EY1, EY2, NEW EY3, and EY4.

Do not ride aggressively. Aggressive riding is a bigger cause of accidents than high speeds. You should not lean against the handlebars when accelerating and braking. Ride the electric scooter as if it were a skateboard by using your body's balance.
